GS Property Management and Home Improvements is recruiting and screening experience, qualified and professional property preservation and REO Service vendors for the entire State of New Jersey.

Qualified vendors shall provide their business license, general liability insurance, errors and omission insurance, coverage areas and zip codes to begin the process.

Additional information needed includes, business referrals, your cost /fee schedules for trip charges, property inspections, condition reports, photos etc.

Must be experienced, knowledgeable and follow all FHA/HUD, VA and Conventional guidelines and specifications for New Jersey.
