Some companies place hundreds of ads per week on craigs hideout and make some outlandish claims. When the ad starts out telling you they are honest, or they are not fly-by-night, etc., then be warned. Why do they feel they have to tell you this and still not give their name or contact info.

They also are notorious at making claims that are illegal:
An individual can easily make 6 figures a year, 300-500 dollars a day
We received this:
answered an ad off craigslist with this exact wording from Smith Property Management, Sub-contracted with them and now out thousands, never once was I paid. They are now being investigated by FBI and facing larceny charges due to number of contractors they scammed in multiple states.
