The Supreme Court of Florida issued an administrative order Monday requiring a statewide managed mediation program to handle the glut of foreclosures clogging the state’s courts.

The order, written by Chief Justice Peggy Quince, backs a recommendation made in August by a task force convened by the court to address the state’s foreclosure crisis.
