Expert Witness Services

We offer expert witness services in cases of HUD inspections, REO services and property preservation.

We work for both plaintiffs and defendants and are not reluctant to report an unfavorable opinion to a client.  We report from an “in the field” perspective.

If necessary, we can visit the event site to examine current situations or the remains of past events however we find that most clients will require only a verbal or written opinion based on analysis, experience and knowledge of industry procedures.
