I would like to Thank you! for this site. I’ve alway built houses and actually own several rental properties since I was 18 years, I’m now 54 and after 28 years of service to a company, I was let go, due to my pay scale. Instead of doing the standard wow is me. My son and I attended all the necessary classes and received certification in all water and mold restoration. We have since started our own company and I thought this would be a great added benefit for income. I was overwhelmed, I never felt so stupid in all my life, while applying on some of the sites looking for vendors. The quiz floored me, tho I know how to build a house from the ground up, it made me feel like a complete idiot..you site has helped alot
