Who We Are….
Sealy Trinbago is owned and operated by two local Miami residents with vast and successful experience in all aspects of Real-Property Management, including Property Inspection, Preservation, Repair, Construction and Sales.
Sealy Trinbago is fully licensed with the Miami-Dade County Construction Department as a Residential Contractor; is fully insured; and is registered with Miami-Dade County as a Community Services Business Enterprise (CSBE), as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), and as a Micro/SBE specialty building contractor.
The company’s President is Mr. Alberty Sealy, whose experience in all aspects of residential building construction extends to the late 1980’s, and who specializes is the all of the activities related to the thorough preservation, inspections, and prompt value-enhancement of foreclosed and distressed residential and commercial properties.
The company’s Vice-President for Sales and Administration is Mr. Mario J. Garcia, CPA, a practicing Florida CPA since 1976, and a practicing Real Estate Broker since 1980. Mr. Garcia has been a licensed Residential Contractor in Miami-Dade since 1993, and has effected and supervised the successful and complete construction of many single-family homes.
We cover six counties within the State of Florida, Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, Hendry and St. Lucie.

Sealy Trinbago, Inc. will provide you with a set of descriptive photographs of your property (Homes, Apartments, Condominium, Office Buildings, Stores and/or Factories including auto photography. These will endeavor to enhance the appearance of the property while accurately depicting all detrimental features with which you ought to be acquainted. We ensure the highest reproductive quality and the lowest prices in the Industry, as well as prompt turn-around times and immediate service anywhere in Miami-Dade County. We maintain a permanent record of all photographs taken on your behalf, available on C/D ROM.

What We Do….
As to Property Preservation:
Securing of Property, Debris Removal, Janitorial, Painting, Flooring, Metal Framing, Kitchen Cabinets, Drywall, Tiles, Waterproofing, Pressure Cleaning, Carpentry, Doors, Insulation, Bathrooms, Roof, Lock Changes, Lawn Care and Maintenance.
As to Property Repairs:
Sealy Trinbago, Inc. is licensed to perform any and all repairs required by any residential property located in Miami-Dade County, including repairs to the its building structure and/or roof, swimming pool, driveways, walls, floors, etc.
Sealy Trinbago, Inc. has contractual agreements with duly-licensed electricians and plumbers pursuant to any service of this type which may be required by any property undergoing renovation or original construction.
As to Property Construction:
Sealy Trinbago, Inc. is licensed to perform the new construction of single-family, two-family, and three-family dwellings of unlimited square footage, of up to two habitable stories, including the building of any desired swimming pools. The company is also licensed to demolish any part or all of an existing residential dwelling prior to its rebuilding. The company is also licensed to replace whole new roofs on residential properties.
As to Property Sales and/or Rentals:
Sealy Trinbago, Inc. is licensed to perform all of the seven services of Real Estate pursuant to any Florida Property, including Appraising, Managing, Selling and Renting Residential Property.
An added advantage offered by Sealy Trinbago lies in the fact that it usually starts the Sales effort on the day that the corresponding Owner contracts it to perform any other type of service, such as Preservation or Repair, upon the subject property, Thus, it is sometimes the case that the property is sold BEFORE the repairs have been completed!
