Our sister companies are Realtors and a mortgage lender that specializes in the FHA 203K Rehab Streamline loan. We feel the 203K Rehab loan can help the first time home buyers move into homeownership with lower down payments and help the buyer repair the house, bypass the investors and restore some equity into a damaged housing market. Asset preservation is about more than cleanup. We need to secure the homes, make sure they are safe and sound, prevent further deterioration, and help return these distressed homes to the housing market. This is our goal.
