Variations
Mortgagees are not to perform any interior debris removal without specific M&M contractor approval. Prior approval from the M&M contractor is required to remove hazardous and/or flammable materials (i.e. paint, chemicals, gasoline, etc.) or anything which poses a threat to health or safety (this includes perishables) in the interior and/or garage.
