The Forum is mis-behaving and the cause has been found. However, the solution to the problem is unacceptable. So, until we find a solution we can live with, the Forum will be unusable. Give us a day or two to get it working properly again.

The Property Preservation Forum is no longer reserved just for Premier Memberships. The forum will remain open for all membership levels.
Obviously, you don’t want to start out working with a mortgage field service company that isn’t going to pay you on time or one that has generated a bunch of complaints from other contractors. If you align yourself with a company after thoroughly investigating that company, chances are you won’t run into many bad apples. However, you should try to avoid companies who already have a bad reputation. Using the CubicYard Forum, you can find other contractors that have experience with many companies. Ask them about a company’s reputation. Invite them to a private chat room for a confidential conversation.
