Contractor Comics Issue #2

Contractor Comics Issue #2

Hi. welcome to issue #2 of Contractor Comics™. In this issue I’m going to show you around the exterior of a property already serviced by a contractor. I did a quality control check of his work and found over $1000 of work not bid. I’ve always said you need to treat a property like it’s a goldmine – There’s nuggets of gold everywhere – you just have to look.

There will be an issue on the interior later and it’ll be a good one. There were surprises inside the house! For now, follow along while I look the property over and let you see how I prepare to bid.

PLEASE NOTE THAT INFORMATION IN THIS BOOK IS OFFERED AS A GUIDE ONLY! WHEN DISCUSSING BUILDING REGULATIONS OR SAFETY REGULATIONS, THE INFORMATION HERE COULD BE WRONG FOR YOUR AREA. YOU MUST CHECK YOUR OWN LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS.

  1. Great website and information. Thank you…
Here is a little background I recently retired military (24 years) and am accustomed to clear standards and protocols. Started a business to help a local guy (Property Preservation). My issues I am looking for a standard of practice (train my personnel) (ID and complete work required at every job site or home I send my workers. This I believe will give proper expectations to my workers. Additionally, deliver a quality product to hire agency. At the end of the rainbow I will get paid without having to return to property (wasting time money etc). Episode 23 was an eye opener and I require more info to set business up for success. Also is there a one-stop shop to purchase all your training manuals (one price one location/or discount for buying all?) Thank you for the website great it’s a great resource. Also I need a mentor?

    Thank you,

    V/R, Eric Baugh
